About the role

- Realtour is the newest product offering from Designblendz, transforming the sales and leasing experience in multifamily housing.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce a high volume of marketing collateral, proposals, pitch decks, social content, brand assets, and internal materials
- Maintain and evolve brand standards across both the Designblendz and Realtour identities
- Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to turn rough concepts into polished deliverables on tight timelines
- Build and maintain reusable templates, component libraries, and AI prompt libraries that scale the team's output
- Stay current with emerging AI design tools and workflows, bringing new capabilities into the team
- Demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted design workflows and tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range across print, digital, and presentation work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Ability to prompt AI tools effectively and edit their output with a critical eye, knowing when to accept, when to refine, and when to start over
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience in architecture, real estate, AEC, or proptech environments
- Figma proficiency for digital and web design collaboration
- Experience designing pitch decks, investor materials, or sales collateral
- Noticeably higher team output and turnaround speed through effective AI-augmented workflows
- Consistently polished, on-brand deliverables across Designblendz and Realtour
- A growing library of reusable templates, components, and prompt workflows that compound team productivity over time
- Work that is clearly crafted, AI-assisted, but not AI-obvious
- Designblendz is an architecture, interiors, and 3D visualization firm focused on bringing the built and virtual world together.
Compensation
- 11 vacation days annually (pro-rated based on start date)
