About the role

Assist in project planning and coordination efforts with vertical construction.
Coordinate land development construction with power, telephone and gas companies.
Assist in the entitlement process by partnering with Land Development Project Manager, municipalities, and other government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance.

Manage development trades and schedules in accordance with Divisions goals.
Support and analyze trade bidding and contracting efforts.
Monitor development progress using design documents, site plans, improvement plans, and plats for project coordination and accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Sets objectives for own area to meet the objectives or goals of projects and assignments.
May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees.

Required Licensing, Registration and/or Certifications
Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.

Requires practical knowledge of area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
