Responsibilities

  • Design and build automated dashboards that translate complex datasets into intuitive, real-time visual narratives for executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, operational visibility, and decision-making processes.
  • Support strategic initiatives through ad hoc analysis, scenario planning, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or related analytical roles.

Nice to have

  • Analyze dashboard outputs and business performance metrics to identify key insights, trends, and strategic implications - clearly articulating the "so-what" behind the numbers.
  • Act as the connective tissue between departments, identifying how operational or strategic shifts in one area of the business impact the broader organization.
  • Produce rigorous, executive committee (ExCo)-level presentations and reporting materials with clear, concise, and data-driven storytelling.
  • Prepare key reports in a timely manner for Finance, Compliance, and Management teams, including regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field required.

Skills

  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets.
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
  • Advanced financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and presentation development tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear business recommendations.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide examples of executive-level presentations or strategic business cases authored.
