Responsibilities
- Support Investment Professional(s) in providing first-class wealth management services to our clients
- Maintain expert knowledge on firm's offerings and investment practice assisting with complex inquiries
- Manage the schedule of client meetings and prepare client meeting materials
- Through a combination of superior client-relationship abilities and extensive market and product knowledge, you will support Investment Professionals addressing the needs of clients and financial advisors.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree or a related financial services designation is an asset
- Minimum 3 years of related or transferable work experience
- Strong administrative background and in-depth knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the financial industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex financial data
- Proven accountability, initiative and success working on a large book of business
- The ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment requiring strong organization, time management and prioritization skills
- Experience working independently, as well as in partnership with other team members
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $60,000-$85,000.
