About the role
- The Christ Fellowship Kids Ministry Director provides leadership and care for all things Christ Fellowship Kids from babies to 4th grade.
- JOB SPECS: Classification: Full-Time, Salary (Exempt), including weekends and some nights.
Responsibilities
- Leading and developing staff teams and volunteers so that they are operating in their strengths and being most effective in their roles on the Christ Fellowship Kids team.
Requirements
- A college graduate, preferably with a ministry degree, kid's ministry related or equivalent.
- Attending weekly CF staff meetings and Christ Fellowship Kids department meetings, as required.
Compensation
- Classification: Full-Time, Salary (Exempt), including weekends and some nights.
