Responsibilities
- Maintain seamless communication between Service Advisors, Technicians, and Management to keep everyone on the same page
- Track technician productivity goals, manage shop maintenance, and order/organize special tools
- Berman Auto Group is looking for a Production Manager to lead our high-volume shop in Niles, IL.
- If you're ready to step away from turning wrenches while still putting your technical expertise to work, you'll oversee shop production, improve efficiency, and help drive a profitable, high-performing service department.
Requirements
- Required: Experience as a Journeyman/Master Technician and/or Service Manager within a dealership environment (Note: If you don't know what a flat-rate hour is, this isn't the role for you!)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience as a Journeyman/Master
Compensation
- $75,000 - $100,000 / year
