About the role
- FP&A Managers at Nclusion play a key role in helping our business scale through thoughtful financial planning, operational insight, and strategic partnership.
- You'll help leaders make better investment decisions, allocate resources effectively, and scale the business through data-driven financial insights.
- This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical fundamentals with sound business judgment and thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Own financial planning and performance management for significant areas of the business, including P&L ownership, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision support across products, functions, and/or markets.
- Support strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate investments, build business cases, and model scenarios that inform product, market, operational, and organizational decisions.
- Partner with business leaders.
- Lead executive reporting.
- Contribute to, and deliver board, investor, and leadership insights.
- Drive resource planning.
Requirements
- What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with experience leading & developing a team.
