- Role Summary
- Lead and implement end‑to‑end data quality (DQ) solutions in the cloud using AWS technologies.
- Design and maintain a scalable data quality platform leveraging AWS services (Glue, Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, Athena), Datadog, Snowflake, and BI tools such as PowerBI and Tableau to support automated reconciliations, data profiling, metrics, and dashboards.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues by reviewing reports, KPIs, patterns, and trends to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Apply advanced analytical and predictive techniques to diagnose root causes and anticipate potential data quality risks.
- Develop and deliver clear, actionable reports and insights for management and stakeholders, translating complex data findings into informed decision‑making.
- Partner closely with engineers, developers, and business leaders to drive process improvements, recommend system enhancements, and support data governance strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in data quality engineering or data engineering, with a proven track record designing and leading enterprise‑scale data quality frameworks or platforms.
- Strong hands‑on experience with AWS cloud‑native services, Snowflake, and Datadog.
- Proficiency with Glue ETL, Tableau, and PowerBI.
