Responsibilities
- Partner to the Business:
- Manage executive and senior leadership relationships, ensuring leaders remain aligned with business priorities and build trust with key stakeholders.
- Own the full range of people work for your client groups: performance management, PIPs, employee relations, resourcing, backfills, leaves, and internal mobility. This is not work you delegate up or out.
- Manage competing priorities across a complex, fast-moving client group without losing quality or accountability.
- Show up as a full member of the People team, bringing what you see in the business back to inform how we think and build, not just executing strategy handed down to your client groups.
- Partner with COEs, ER, and People Operations to bring the right expertise to your client groups and bring what you're seeing in the business back to inform how we evolve our practices.

- As a Senior People Partner for Business Functions, that means being embedded in the business, not adjacent to it.
- You will work directly with leaders across a global, cross-functional client group, bringing the analytical rigor, judgment, HR expertise, and execution speed those teams expect from their best partners.
- You will work closely with the broader People Team, providing business context to shape how we design and evolve people practices, while also bringing People team expertise and priorities back into the business.
Requirements
- Seasoned People Partner with 10 or more years of experience in the People Partner space
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- knowledge of Workday and leading with Data is a must.
- Expertise in managing risk and complex, global, sensitive situations.
- Experience supporting a complex client group with diverse needs.
- Ability to work from our Boston office 3+ days per week.
- Ability to remain steady and make sound decisions in periods of change and ambiguity.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and influence effectively.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, think systemically, and apply creative problem-solving approaches.
- Global experience across all core HR functions; experience supporting Revenue & Sales organizations in a global environment is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of HR workflows and operational best practices; knowledge of Workday and leading with Data is a must.
