About the role
- This role is part of our Digital team, where your internal title will be Associate, Digital
- working primarily in a project coordination capacity across client engagements.
- You are highly organized, solution-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including key milestones, resource allocation, scope definition, and budget tracking
- Drive day-to-day operations across cross-functional groups including Design, Technology, and Strategy
- Identify potential project risks, working proactively with team leads to resolve bottlenecks and maintain alignment with project objectives
- Support the development of project deliverables for a diverse portfolio of clients and industries
- Collaborate with the team to synthesize client feedback into clear, actionable next steps
- Facilitate and participate in workshops, including discovery, design thinking, and project planning sessions
Requirements
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Demonstrable track record of effective client communication and stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information
- Experience managing projects within collaborative design and/or technical teams
- Proven ability to manage timelines, resource allocation, and project scope with precision
- Strong passion for digital solutions, operational efficiency, and process improvement
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team setting

Compensation
- The estimated compensation for this position is $70,000 to $80,000.
