Responsibilities
- Experienced in evaluating hair care ingredients and developing methodologies to do it.
- The ability to help the company drive greater value through understanding the business, making complex decisions and creating the new and different
Requirements
- Experience in testing personal care products on consumers.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience in formulating personal care products.
- 5-7 years' experience in formulating hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, treatments, masks, gels)
- Good people skills and good track record in managing teams and working well with the sales organization.
