- We have the following positions open -- Classes Start August 4th, 2014 Personal Vacation Planner - Inbound Sales Service and sell Norwegian cruise products to prospective guests who initiate contact directly with Norwegian Cruise Line.
Responsibilities
- Norwegian Cruise Line is the official cruise line of the Miami Dolphins/Sun Life Stadium, The New York Knicks, Blue Man Group and Legends in Concert; and the official cruise line partner of The GRAMMY Awards and is an official partner of the Rockettes and Radio City Music Hall.
- Deliver an overall superior customer service experience for prospective guests and collect caller information to create leads for future sales.
Requirements
- The online application must be completed in advance.
- Professional dress and a copy of your resume will be required for attendance
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills, in order to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a high energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven.
- Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required.
Nice to have
- 2 years selling experience in call center highly preferred.
- 2-years sales and customer service experience preferred.
