About the role

Requirements

  • Applicants may be required to furnish proof of vaccination.

Nice to have

  • Provides, or directs and supervises, the therapy intervention consistent with the results of the examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care.
  • The therapist involves the patient/client and appropriate others in the planning, implementation, and assessment of the plan of care.
  • Reexamines the patient/client as necessary during an episode of care to evaluate progress or change in patient/client status and modifies the plan of care accordingly or discontinues physical therapy services.
  • Supervises and directs the patient care activities of assigned rehab aides, office assistants and volunteers.
  • Responsible for individual and assigned hospital performance improvement and professional development activities.
  • Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Occupational therapy from accredited occupational therapy program or from an educationally equivalent international program.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience (at least 1 year in setting preferred)

Compensation

  • $34.58 - $59.94 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
