Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 1 year Continental Manufacturing experience or 2 years mechanical experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • PLT Curing Set up Tech must be able to make mold and bladder changes, install recipes, build and tear down bladders, drilling molds, cleaning of molds in press, and maintain SFI data input.
  • Must be certified to operate a Fork Life through the Safety Department.
  • PLT Curing Set up Tech must be able to effectively communicate with other set up techs, curing supervision, and curing press operators, and supplying departments.

Nice to have

  • Previous manufacturing experience or Associates Degree
  • Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/ guidelines must be always adhered to.
  • This includes safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes.
  • New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends.
  • The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.
  • Majority of work completed in a high heat environment.
  • The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.

Compensation

  • The starting annual salary for this role is $64,613 a year.
