Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows for offers, merit, promotions, and market adjustments
- Build human-in-the-loop validation frameworks to audit AI-generated recommendations for bias, accuracy, and logic
Nice to have
- Experience at an AI-native company · Prior internal tools or engineering-adjacent work
- Tools: Pave, Radford, Rippling, Lattice, Ashby, Carta, Google Sheets, internal AI/automation tooling
- This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office.
- The role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
