About the role
- You will educate homeowners on the storm and fire damage restoration services we offer, understand their unique needs, and ultimately close sales to help generate revenue for the company.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with homeowners and key decision-makers.
- Track and manage leads and sales opportunities using CRM software.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, our services, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in home restoration, construction, or related industries.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical restoration concepts.
Nice to have
- Prior Home Restoration Experience Preferred******
- Prior experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Compensation
- $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
