Responsibilities
- Lead workshops that teach founders how to identify their true constraint and allocate resources like investors
- Able to deliver direct, candid feedback to founders while holding genuine empathy for what they are carrying
- Those who have the drive to constantly improve, the superior intellect and long term commitment to see incremental improvements become compounding returns.
Nice to have
- During workshop weeks, expect availability from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, plus preparation and debrief time as needed

Compensation
- $200,000 to $260,000 base salary plus up to 20 percent annual bonus
- The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position.
- Final salary will be based on a number of factors including level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
- This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits.
- Built and operated a business to roughly seven figures in annual revenue, carrying real responsibility for payroll, team leadership, and growth decisions
