- Duties Responsibilities Leadership and Personnel Management Controls and schedules the work of personnel assigned to building service activities. Ensures employees receive instruction and training in cleaning methods and operating techniques and departmental procedures. Approves timecards and attendance records. Completes performance evaluations of Building
- Service Forepersons in assigned area in accordance with University Policy. Reviews Building Service Workers performance evaluations with Building Service Forepersons. Initiates disciplinary actions as appropriate. Supervises and oversees hiring of Building Service Workers and Building Service Forepersons. Fosters a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive
