Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
- Lead team meetings and coordinate care among clinical team members
- Train and support parents, caregivers, and school staff in ABA strategies
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review client data to ensure treatment effectiveness
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to kneel, squat, and move actively during sessions
- Active BCBA certification required
Compensation
- Maintain a minimum average of 30 billable hours per week to remain eligible for salaried compensation
- Salary is offered for 90 days based on $80,000-$105,000 annually while you build your caseload
- Paid holidays (7 per year, including your birthday)
