Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction: set architecture, reliability, and performance standards
- Build & mentor a team: hire great engineers, level them up, and create a high-trust, high-feedback culture.
- Own critical systems end-to-end:
- Partner across SF & Dublin: tight loops with product/design/GTM
- You'll shape our technical decisions, own major parts of our product, mentor your teammates, and push yourself in ways you might not expect.
