About the role
- We work with all 50 state Attorneys General and hundreds of law firms on some of the most high-profile cases litigated today.
- We do not believe in the 'perfect' candidate.
Responsibilities
- Design is embedded in product strategy and company direction.
- Foster a culture of high craft, thoughtful critique, and user empathy, maintaining a high bar for product thinking, interaction and visual design.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define product direction, translate ambiguous problems into clear design opportunities, and deliver cohesive experiences.
- Guide designers in ensuring AI features are transparent, trustworthy, and explainable, leveraging best in class design patterns for the dynamically evolving AI space.
- Make strategic design decisions that align with and deliver impact on Everlaw's goals.
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of product designers, supporting career development through clear feedback, mentorship, and personalized growth plans.

Compensation
- The expected salary range for this role is between $192,000 - $243,000.
- The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate's experience and skills.
- The base pay range is subject to change in the future.
