About the role
- You will work at the intersection of growth, product, and operations, helping us attract new users, improve onboarding, and increase user retention through data-driven experiments and community engagement.
- This role is ideal for students interested in AI startups, growth strategy, developer platforms, or data-driven product growth.
Responsibilities
- Help design and execute user acquisition campaigns to attract new developers and AI teams
- Support user engagement and retention initiatives, including referral programs and community activities
- Build simple reports or dashboards to track growth performance
- Work closely with engineers and product leaders building real-world AI infrastructure
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to have
- Experience with growth, marketing, or community operations
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis
- Interest in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud platforms
- Gain hands-on experience in AI platform growth and startup operations
