Pay Range $68,900.00-$94,700.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.
This is a night shift position - 6:00 pm - 6:00 am.

High School diploma with a minimum of 3 years of operational leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Incumbent must be physically able to perform essential job functions.

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of production processes
Strong aptitude for learning and understanding company policies

Manages a staff of 7-8 hourly employees, sets direction and deploys resources. Responsible for performance evaluations, pay reviews, hiring and terminating.
Work environment is typical of a manufacturing facility; may be exposed to environmental conditions of cold, heat, high noise levels, moving mechanical parts, heights, dust/mist/gas/fumes, extensive walking or climbing, etc.

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
The purpose of the Production Supervisor's role is to supervise the day-to-day activities of an hourly production team for a single product line to ensure manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules

This is a night shift position - 6:00 pm - 6:00 am. The chosen candidate will work on day shift training for up to 60 days before moving to night shift.
