About the role
- Pay Range $68,900.00-$94,700.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.

Requirements
- High School diploma with a minimum of 3 years of operational leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Incumbent must be physically able to perform essential job functions.

- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of production processes

- This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
- The purpose of the Production Supervisor's role is to supervise the day-to-day activities of an hourly production team for a single product line to ensure manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules
