About the role

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) on the Performance Excellence Team.
  • You will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • You will help manage cross-functional projects that span departments such as Growth, Market Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Finance.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and enterprise goals with a heavy focus on client implementations
  • Support the successful implementation of new partnerships by managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track and manage project milestones, scope, performance metrics, and budgets across enterprise-level initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align project execution with strategic business objectives
  • Support change management initiatives and process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and implementing data-driven, scalable solutions

Requirements

  • Experience with new and existing client implementations
  • Experience in process improvement and/or project management/process planning
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare or startup environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare technologies, EMRs, or clinical workflows is a strong advantage
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for onsite meetings, team collaboration, company events, etc.

Nice to have

  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications a plus

Skills

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
