About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) on the Performance Excellence Team.
You will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to be part of shaping the future of healthcare.

You will help manage cross-functional projects that span departments such as Growth, Market Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Finance.
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and enterprise goals with a heavy focus on client implementations
Support the successful implementation of new partnerships by managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
Track and manage project milestones, scope, performance metrics, and budgets across enterprise-level initiatives
Collaborate with senior leadership to align project execution with strategic business objectives
Support change management initiatives and process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and implementing data-driven, scalable solutions

Experience with new and existing client implementations
Experience in process improvement and/or project management/process planning
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare or startup environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
Familiarity with healthcare technologies, EMRs, or clinical workflows is a strong advantage
Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for onsite meetings, team collaboration, company events, etc.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
