Cohere is building a Communications team worthy of a world-class technical organization, and Corporate Communications is at the center of that ambition.
You'll create the communications strategy that fuels our growth among governments and enterprises in the most highly-regulated industries.

Have 12-15 years of experience in-house corporate communications, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth tech or AI environment
5+ years of experience in people management
You thrive in thinking "outside the box" and find joy in marrying a problem to its solution
Are adept in pre-IPO communications
Have experience in policy and regulatory communications
Are an exceptional writer with a talent for distilling complex, cross-functional topics into simple, compelling narratives
Are highly organized and process-driven, with strong project management skills and a bias for action
Bring high levels of creativity to communications - in format, channel, and storytelling

The salary range listed for this role reflects the expected base compensation.
Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
$240,000 - $290,000 [USD]
US - For Candidates in rest of the states, the Compensation Range is: $230,000 - $280,000 [USD]
