About the role
- This position is responsible for cleaning and general maintenance services throughout the campus.
- This position shall provide a safe, clean environment for visitors, faculty, staff, and students.
- This position shall assist in the safety, security, maintenance, and operations of Rochester Community and Technical College to ensure the College operates in a clean, safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned tasks with limited work direction.
- Ability to perform work functions using ladders, scaffolding, etc.

Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. regularly and 30-50 lbs. on occasion (with assistance as available).
- Minimum Qualifications:
