About the role

  • The Part Time Sales Associate is responsible for supporting sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experience, and executing day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Builds brand loyalty by promoting the rewards program and achieves weekly loyalty sign up goals.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures assigned, accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain point-of-sale integrity.
  • Ability to reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older.
  • Lifting and carrying, ability to maneuver and/or lift 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to push/pull full racks of merchandise for restocking the store.
  • Manual labor is required occasionally to assemble displays and/or rearrange the store layout.
  • Ability to use fine manipulation, and grasp with hands to sort and organize clothing, ex. place on hangers, folding, organize in color/size order.
  • Passion for the brand and knowledge of the customer and products.

Nice to have

  • This role requires a minimum availability of 12 hours per week including one weekend day.
  • Additional availability a plus.

Compensation

  • The estimated base pay for this role is between $17.60 and $21.75 per hour.
  • Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant training and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location.
  • The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
