About the role
- Our Nursing team member's primary goal is to provide the most remarkable patient experience while providing professional nursing services and patient care in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings.
- The Registered Nurse follows the nursing process, including patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation of care given.
Responsibilities
- The RN collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team to provide physical and psychological support to patients and families while adhering to hospital and departmental polices and nursing standards and practice.
Requirements
- Must be licensed a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of NC.
- Current CPR Certification.
- ACLS Certification obtained during orientation period
- PALS Certification obtained within 3 months
- The Emergency Department RN provides direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
- In addition to general nursing care, responsibilities of the
- RN include (but are not limited to):
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients, families and friends.
- Provide direct, professional nursing care to patients.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment.

- TNCC Certification preferred
