Sponsors, but it's cap-subject — you still face the weighted lottery (~30% per draw at Level II). Good if you win; have a cap-exempt backup on your list.

Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Files H-1B transfers

10 transfer filings in the last year, covering 10 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

  • Experience supporting ELISA development, optimization, and validation across formats (sandwich, competitive, bridging), including reagent selection, standard curve strategy, and assay qualification documentation.

Nice to have

  • Prepare and process tissues from in vitro and in vivo studies for downstream analysis (flow, ELISA, multiplex, qPCR), including homogenization, protein/RNA extraction, and lysate preparation
  • ensure high viability and yield for cross-species flow readouts.
  • Run in vitro assays evaluating LNP and delivery system performance across readouts including IncuCyte, uptake, expression, knockdown, cytotoxicity, and innate immune activation.
  • Execute high-throughput and plate-based screening experiments, including plate-based (high-throughput) flow, liquid handling, and data collection
  • Oversee sample collection, aliquoting, labeling, and storage
  • ensure biorepository integrity and robust sample tracking across species and study types.
  • Assist with development of multiplex immunoassays (MSD, Luminex, ELLA) for cytokine profiling, protein quantification, and immunogenicity assessment
  • Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data at team and cross-functional meetings

Skills

  • Hands-on proficiency with FlowJo for compensation/unmixing, gating, and multi-parameter analysis.
  • Experience with spectral flow cytometry and/or high-parameter panels (15+ colors).
  • Experience with cell sorting (FACS), bead isolation, and downstream applications.
  • Familiarity with automated/plate-based (high-throughput) flow acquisition.
  • Proficiency with additional data analysis tools and electronic lab notebook keeping.
  • Working knowledge of nucleic acid therapeutics or LNPs.
  • Experience processing tissues for biodistribution or tissue-resident immune cell analysis across preclinical species.
  • Hands-on experience with qPCR or ddPCR for gene expression or biodistribution readouts.
  • Experience coordinating studies or samples with CROs.
  • Track record of contributing to assay SOPs, protocols, or assay validation packages.
