Responsibilities
- Maintain clinic logs and ensure exam rooms are properly stocked, sanitized, and re-prepped at all times
- Have the time and support to provide quality care and build trust, balancing efficiency with connection, rather than rushing through high patient volumes

Requirements
- Perform required pre-exam physical tests, such as measuring and documenting participants' vital signs
- Phlebotomy experience required
- In this spirit, please note that we have a vaccination policy for all our employees and proof of vaccination, or a vaccine declination form will be required prior to employment.
- WelbeHealth maintains required infection control and PPE standards and has requirements relevant to all team members regarding vaccinations.
Nice to have
- CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred
Compensation
- consists of base salary plus bonus.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.

- Perform general medical procedures, such as dressing changes and suture removals, as directed and under specific authorization and supervision of a physician
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens as ordered, and perform routine sterilization procedures of medical and dental equipment
- Certification by a medical assistant certifying organization approved by the state medical board
- Two (2) years of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population
- Two (2)-year degree program in medical assistance
