Responsibilities
- Support implementation of behavior support plans, treatment plans, functional assessments, and person-centered plans
- Provide direct support and hands-on care during assigned shifts, including personal cares and daily living support
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Skills
- Strong observation, counseling and assessment skills
- Strong teamwork skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to work one-on-one and in group settings
- Strong time management and self-management skills
