About the role

The General Manager - Coping, Service & Triumph Exteriors is responsible for the overall financial, operational, and strategic performance of three core divisions within Triumph.

The General Manager works closely with finance, estimating, operations, and divisional leadership teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, margins are protected, and operations are structured to support scalable growth.
Success in this role is defined by consistently achieving divisional revenue and profitability targets while building scalable, well-structured operations that deliver projects on time and within budget.

Experience scaling operations and implementing systems to support growth
Own full P&L performance across Coping, Service, and Triumph Exteriors divisions, including revenue growth, margin management, and cost control
Develop and execute divisional growth strategies, including expansion into Ottawa and Midland markets and strengthening market position of Triumph Exteriors
Monitor operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity

10+ years of experience in construction, building envelope, or related industries

Proven experience managing multiple divisions, departments, or business units
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control
Strong understanding of construction operations including estimating, project management, and field execution
Strong knowledge of contracts, change order management, and project risk mitigation
Familiarity with Ontario construction practices, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
Operational leader with full ownership of divisional performance and results
Strong presence capable of leading managers, project teams, and field operations
Strategic thinker able to align operations with growth and market opportunities
Decisive problem solver who can address complex operational and financial challenges
Clear communicator able to align leadership, operations, and corporate functions
Highly organized professional capable of managing multiple divisions and priorities
