About the role
- The Quality Control (QC) Supervisor is responsible for leading daily quality control operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant test execution in support of Form Energy's manufacturing and product development goals.
- This role provides direct supervision to Quality Technicians, ensures adherence to approved work instructions and test methods, and partners closely with Production, Design Engineering, and Product Quality Engineering to support continuous improvement and product integrity.
Responsibilities
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions related to test failures, deviations, or nonconformances.
- Balance resources across core and specialized testing to support production schedules and development timelines.
- Ensure all Quality Control Technicians are trained and qualified to perform assigned test methods in accordance with approved work instructions.
- Maintain and audit training records to ensure they are current, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Deliver hands-on training to technicians on core and specialized test methods, ensuring consistent execution and understanding.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to test efficiency, standardization, and data quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality and/or volume manufacturing leadership
