- Reporting to the Product Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and scaling of Ripple's diverse product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Trading, and Treasury to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds across products
- Record transactions in systems to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries reflecting product and operational activities within Ripple's systems of record.
- Support a globally distributed customer base for our 24x7 product offerings, including customer activity on weekends and holidays.

Requirements
- Willingness to work a weekend shift pattern as required.
- Experience with implementing off-the-shelf and in-house solutions.
- Experience with Agentic tools, ideally Claude or similar
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL and crafting queries for daily operations is a plus.
Compensation
- For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below.
- NY Annual Base Salary Range
- $92,000 - $110,000 USD
