About the role
- This is an opportunity to make a significant impact while helping shape the next stage of SearchStax's enterprise growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans for strategic enterprise prospects.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive networking, partner relationships, industry events, and referrals.
- Lead demonstrations and value-based sales engagements alongside Solutions Engineering.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management within Salesforce.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Solutions Engineering to create winning account strategies.

Requirements
- What You Must Have
- Experience with MEDDPICC or a comparable enterprise sales methodology.

Compensation
- The OTE for this role is estimated to be $250,000-$300,000 OTE ($125k - $150k - base | $125k - $150k commissions).
- Our salary ranges are determined by market analysis and are designed to evolve with job performance over time.
- We look at the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience, along with their compensation expectations and align that with our company equity processes to determine our offer ranges.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
