About the role

This role ensures the organization invests in the right solutions by combining deep customer insight, market awareness, financial accountability, and strong cross‑functional alignment.
This role oversees the modernization and evolution of the Activities product suite, including Dining Management, Court Booking, Event Management, Lessons, Classes, Appointments, and other activity‑driven experiences.
Expected Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is between $95,000 - $105,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications

Validate opportunities through customer conversations, market feedback, and internal stakeholder input
Support pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies across the Activities suite
Build business cases and support ROI‑based prioritization of modernization initiatives
Drive modernization efforts that replace or significantly improve legacy activity workflows
Partner closely with UX, Engineering, and Operations to guide solution direction
