About the role
- This role ensures the organization invests in the right solutions by combining deep customer insight, market awareness, financial accountability, and strong cross‑functional alignment.
- This role oversees the modernization and evolution of the Activities product suite, including Dining Management, Court Booking, Event Management, Lessons, Classes, Appointments, and other activity‑driven experiences.
- Expected Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is between $95,000 - $105,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
- Validate opportunities through customer conversations, market feedback, and internal stakeholder input
- Support pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies across the Activities suite
- Build business cases and support ROI‑based prioritization of modernization initiatives
- Drive modernization efforts that replace or significantly improve legacy activity workflows
- Partner closely with UX, Engineering, and Operations to guide solution direction
