Responsibilities
- Create receipt batches in Yardi to apply HAP payments
- Intermediate Excel user with ability to export / create documents for internal reporting

Nice to have
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
- Real estate development, hospitality, and/or property management experience preferred
- Knowledge and use of Yardi property management software preferred
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is: $23.78 - $41.22, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.

- The HAP Accountant is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to internal and external customers regarding Housing Authority accounting needs.
- This position will also perform monthly audits to insure program compliance.
