Responsibilities
- Client Delivery: Lead the development and delivery of services in the following areas:
- Own the delivery success and commercial performance of your portfolio, ensuring projects adhere to internal standards and maintain a sustainable risk profile.
- Collaborate with Client Account Leads on account planning, identifying opportunities to expand current engagements by co-creating value with your clients.
- Lead and coach a diverse team of consultants, prioritizing their professional growth and career progression alongside delivery excellence.
- Manage accurate resource and financial forecasts for your portfolio, identifying utilization risks before they impact the business.
- Establish and maintain the delicate balance between client priorities, CCC business strategy, and the needs and quality-of-life considerations of our people.
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
- Lead business development efforts and market a full range of services to prospective clients, leveraging existing relationships to generate new opportunities.
- Develop timely resolutions to issues, mitigate risks, and address project team conflicts.
Requirements
- CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role.
- 12+ years of experience implementing Salesforce, configuring Salesforce, leading Salesforce optimization projects, and providing Salesforce managed services.
- Proven experience in identifying new growth and shared revenue opportunities by collaborating with sales leadership to generate new business, expand existing relationships, and increase bookings.
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
- CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity.
