Responsibilities
- You'll lead a team responsible for building and maintaining the systems, automations, and infrastructure that power every internal department at The Uncommon Business (TUB).
- You build the organizational tools and automation that help TUB run effectively.
- Outside of launch seasons, the workload remains strategic and sustainable, focused on building the systems and infrastructure that support future growth and execution.
Requirements
- Quarterly travel required

Compensation
- Twice per year during launch seasons (approximately 10-12 weeks total annually), team members in launch-critical roles are expected to be available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with additional time required for preparation, execution, event support, and post-launch activities.
