Own customer engagements end-to-end: Build credibility with founders, CXOs, and senior operators; drive execution across complex, high-stakes searches; use data to influence hiring outcomes.
Leverage Paraform's recruiter capacity: Translate customer needs into action by mobilizing the right recruiters and ensuring consistently strong outcomes that drive retention and long-term partnerships.
Serve as the voice of the customer: Advocate for a truly differentiated experience by feeding insight across the business and influence when needed to drive the best possible outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity to take a strategic, customer-facing skillset and launch into a high-impact operational role that drives revenue.
