About the role
- Continuously innovate enablement delivery formats, from live sessions to on-demand content, self-paced learning, and certifications.
- Measure enablement impact using performance data, behavioral KPIs, and xDR Leader feedback to iterate and improve programs.
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Development Leadership, or Learning & Development roles supporting commercial sales functions.
Responsibilities
- Own the global enablement strategy for xDRs across regions, ensuring alignment with OneTrust sales processes, messaging, and methodologies.
- Build and scale the OneTrust Ascend Program, a fast-track development path for high-potential xDRs to prepare for AE roles.
- Strong instructional design and facilitation capabilities.

Compensation
- $112,500 - $168,750 USD
- For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below.
