Senior NDT Technician - UT & RT Company: Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nondestructive Test (NDT) Technician - UT & RT to join our Quality Organization in St.
Join our dynamic and supportive Quality team!
In this role, you will conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on aerospace products using cutting edge methods including ultrasonic (UT), eddy current (ET), and/or radiographic (RT).

Develops, deploys and implements tests or inspections and data collection techniques utilizing evolving technology.
Develops program specific non-destructive testing documents.
Develops and implements processes and procedures for new or revised non-destructive testing methods.
Audits, validates and approves systems and techniques of suppliers and processors.
Develops certification training and examinations.
Develops innovative test processes and equipment.
Develops principles and methods for analyzing test, inspection or statistical data.

More than 5 years of experience reading, understanding and interpreting engineering technical information (e.g., drawings, handbooks, industry standards and specifications)
More than 5 years of experience interpreting/developing policies, practices, processes, and procedures as they apply to technical documentation to ensure quality product delivery
Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) applicable to the testing method being used.

Minimum hours required for Level III NDT certification
More than 5 years of NDT experience in aerospace composite inspection
Skills and knowledge to audit NDT facilities for compliance with applicable requirements.
