ABOUT THE ROLE You'll partner with our lead designer on a small team that owns both product and brand surfaces.
End-to-end, from problem framing and research through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity design, and handoff.

QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years designing products at a software company.
Portfolio shows end-to-end ownership of complex flows, not just polished screens.
B2B, fintech, or another regulated or data-dense domain (infra, devtools, healthcare).
Strong information design instincts.
Range across surfaces.
AI tools are in your workflow, not a novelty.
Claude, Figma AI, whatever it is, used for copy, layout exploration, faster prototyping, research synthesis.

You treat copy as part of the design surface, not a handoff.
Low ego, high iteration speed.
