About the role
- VetsEZ is seeking a HealthShare / InterSystems IRIS Developer to join our fully remote team.
- The candidate must reside within the continental United States.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and document ObjectScript-based solutions within InterSystems IRIS and HealthShare Develop and maintain HealthShare productions, including business services, processes, and operations Work directly in the IRIS / HealthShare Management Portal for configuration, troubleshooting, and runtime analysis Build and maintain FHIR, HL7, and REST-based integrations Develop and optimize custom ObjectScript classes, APIs, and interoperability components Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and refactoring of existing HealthShare solutions Support Tier 3 application-level issues, including message flow debugging, data validation, and production errors Collaborate with architects, QA, and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines for InterSystems applications Assist with OAuth, SSO, and security configuration as it relates to application behavior and integrations Contribute to technical documentation and developer best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of professional software development experience, with 2+ years developing on
