Responsibilities
- Help create and lead discipleship training - including First Step Welcome Lunches and Second Step Classes
- Participate in Growth Groups Lead Team
- Help plan and lead Growth Group Leader training
- Help plan and lead periodic all-church Prayer & Worship Nights
- Lead a discipleship group and oversee other women discipleship group leaders
- Lead Team and Discipleship Pastor
- Non-Exempt PT Support Staff (20-29 hrs/wk) 6N
- Leading the Growth Groups Ministry, including recruiting, training, and caring for female group leaders who create an atmosphere in their groups where people take their next steps with God, with others, on mission
Requirements
- Experience working as an effective leader of ministry teams
- Ability to navigate difficult situations
- Ability to recruit, retain, and equip leaders
- Proven skills that foster trust, fairness, and teamwork
- A committed student of the Bible & Theology
- Possess aptitude and thirst for teaching and speaking with God-centered wisdom
- Excellent skills in written and verbal communications
Compensation
- $20k-$29k
