About the role

  • This position requires access to ITAR-controlled technical data and/or defense articles.
  • Applicants who do not meet these criteria will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Tools and Processes for Engineering Specific Programs such as Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA), etc.
  • Work with clients to develop any changes or additions needed for the program or project to be successful.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and deep dives to generate actionable insights and communicate to internal stakeholders.
  • We deliver services by deploying associates who are located throughout the United States and in 90+ countries around the world to your supplier sites.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inspection plans and protocols.
  • Knowledge in multiple manufacturing and Quality requirements and standards for different commodities (i.e. ISO 9001, AS9001, etc.)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Quality.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Quality related major
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Ability to work effectively within a quality management system.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Must be able to read and write in English
  • As such, the candidate must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder) to comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Compensation

  • $85k-$100k
