Responsibilities
- Client Management & Strategic Leadership Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted, professional relationships across all levels Lead client communications ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables Anticipate client needs, identify risks early, and proactively present solutions and recommendations Translate client objectives into clear briefs and actionable plans in partnership with Strategy and Project Management Ensure all work aligns with client goals, messaging, and broader communications strategy Manage and lead client meetings, including agendas, follow-ups, and contact reports Maintain organized and consistent status reporting, ensuring clients and internal teams are aligned at all times Advise clients through complex communications initiatives.
