Own the school budget, forecasting and work force planning; set budgets, create organizational structures, and allocate capital and people resources to achieve company and functional goals;
Create a strong, trusting relationship with the board (district) clients, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and provide advice on policies, programs and innovative solutions;
Create and manage requisitions, oversee recruitment of all teachers, facilitate digital interviews, and determine new hire placement;
Research and implement non-K12 curriculum resources as needed to meet state standards;
Develop and oversee implementation of the school's School Improvement Plan;
Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Master's Degree AND
3 or more years of experience in a Principal or School Director position
Ability to work with and through people to establish goals, objectives, and action plans
Highly organized with the ability to coordinate complex programs and processes
Ability to travel 15% of the time
Ability to clear required background check
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of curriculum development, and a commitment to academic excellence.

Serve as the executive officer of the school, administering the development and sustainment of a positive educational program designed to foster student achievement;
Proactively make business decisions based on knowledge of education industry, customer base, political and regulatory environment, and technology;
Articulate the school's mission and vision to ensure stakeholders have a common understanding and are positioned to work cooperatively;
Confer with teachers, students, and parents concerning educational and behavioral issues;
Ensure the school meets the needs of students while complying with local, state, and federal laws, including laws pertaining to special education;
Strong knowledge of instructional and educational leadership strategies, online instructional design theories, and learning style theories
