About the role

This position is also responsible for the cleanliness of the general plant area.
Operate various pieces of equipment including but not limited to forklifts, rollers, grinders, mixing, and batching equipment.
Organize the bulk order loads with the appropriate truck driver for loading.

Perform functions associated with the mixing, batching, and pelleting processes.
Functionally cross-trained in other support roles.
Clear documentation of load out records to maintain traceability Visual quality inspection of finished product being shipped, and elevate to appropriate manager/supervisor when results are inconsistent.
Clear documentation of batch records to maintain traceability.
Monitor electrical equipment for amp-load to maintain a consistent pellet quality.
Perform routine maintenance of all equipment associated with the mixing, batching, and pelleting processes.
Perform general clean-up inside/outside load out area, pellet mill and finished product area including sweeping, shoveling etc.
Provide back-up support for other roles as necessary.

Qualifications A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
