Responsibilities
- Project management: manage project estimates, timelines, vendor engagement, resource allocation and subcontractor coordination.
- Compliance & safety: ensure all work meets regulatory standards; maintain permits, inspection records, and ensure staff safety training.
- Familiarity with relevant codes (e.g., building codes, NSF/ANSI standards for commercial pools) and permitting processes.

Requirements
- Travel to various worksites as required to support project needs WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 7+ years pool construction experience (commercial projects required).
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- basic computer proficiency (Excel, scheduling software, email).
Nice to have
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) strongly preferred
- able to obtain within 90 days if not currently certified.
- Familiarity with plumbing systems
- preferred license or verified experience working with licensed plumbers.
Compensation
- Seasonal operations: plan and execute annual summarization and winterization programs; create SOPs and checklists.
